
NORTH CAROLINA
The Charlotte ministry is serving weekly at the Thompson Children’s Home, where teams provide sports ministry to children ages 8-13.
After school Chess clubs take place at local charter schools.
A weekly basketball club takes place in multiple locations within the community in addition to summer sports camps conducted in partnership with local churches.
SOUTH CAROLINA/GEORGIA
Ministries include leading sports clinics, sports clubs and hosting community-wide sports tournaments. The school year program allows older youth to be trained and equipped to lead VBS style sports camps during the summer months.
VIRGINIA
Ministry programs include soccer, basketball and chess clubs as well as multi-sport camps and an annual adult soccer tournament.
TEXAS
Ministry team members share soccer skills and Chris’s love amongst nearly 2,700 Kto 12 students in five Dallas/Fort Worth, TX metro area charter schools. Our teams mentor children and youth and share the message of
hope at sports tournaments throughout the year.
Freedom City FC in Waco, Texas hosts after-school sports program for students along with a Saturday morning program.

AFRICA MISSION FIELD
–Gulu, Uganda– Home base for ministry programs in rural communities of northern Ugandaisa 40 acre teaching farm called the Good News Community Center (or Koro Farm) in Gulu. Holistic ministry efforts include sports ministry through soccer, chess, and volleyball, preschool classes, a girls safe house and programs for traumatized girls/women, vocational skill training, agricultural and animal husbandry education, and refugee outreach.
–Kampala, Uganda– Ministry programs include the Good News Futbol Club (GNFC), a soccer team built to train and disciple Christian leaders. The GNFC team members serve daily in five different slum projects and compete in outreach soccer matches where the Gospel is shared and community members are connected to the local church.
-Nairobi, Kenya- Ministry includes sports ministry training and discipling of youth and children, over 1400 children provided food each day, serving women through vocational skills and bible studies, and leading 300 children in chess classes.
LATIN AMERICA MISSION FIELD
–San Salvador, El Salvador– Daily sports ministry takes place through soccer, chess, and PE classes at neighboring schools. Our team also leads an English Academy to strengthen English language skills for young men and women. In addition, our team serves at an orphanage for the physically and mentally disabled.
–Ometepec, Mexico– Our team annually shepherds coaches and players in a 12 team soccer league for middle school-aged kids. In addition, our leaders provide training and spiritual leadership for eight different church plants located within the southwest region of Mexico. Our team also works alongside teachers at the Carey Brenton School for junior and high school students teaching English and Bible classes.
